If college kids knew how to make real meals that weren’t so difficult and time consuming, maybe their dinner menus would change from pizza and popcorn to lasagna and meatballs.
What if I could tell you that there are shortcuts to eating delicious food, while remaining on a budget. There are many recipes out on the internet that can shorten meal preparation time and still make a delicious meal to enjoy.
This lazy lasagna recipe is super easy and tastes delicious. It is also very easy to customize to your own liking. You can make the meal totally vegetarian, using cheese raviolis, or if you’d like, you could substitute the cheese raviolis for chicken or beef raviolis. In the short video below you can watch as I attempted this lazy lasagna, demonstrating how easy the recipe really is.
Ingredients:
- 1 (24 oz) bag of frozen cheese ravioli
- Optional: chicken or beef stuffed ravioli
- 1 (24 oz) jar of marinara sauce
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella (or more)
- ½ cup shredded parmesan
Eating a good wholesome meal does not need hours of preparation. It only has to take a few minutes, with the right ingredients, to make a tasty meal. There are so many other recipes out there that can be found, either by looking through Pinterest or just surfing the web.
